A usability review helps teams improve a product before frustration becomes a support issue. The process can be lightweight and still produce strong findings.
First, define the user group and task. Second, observe real use without interrupting too quickly. Third, group the issues by pattern. Fourth, prioritize changes based on user impact.
Usability reviews are most valuable when the team watches behavior instead of defending design decisions.
Good notes should include the task, user expectation, observed issue, and recommended fix.

Prioritize Core Tasks
Fix the problems that block account setup, navigation, checkout, reporting, or other primary workflows first.
Small usability improvements can make a product feel more trustworthy and reduce the support burden on your team.
