Product Analytics Command Center
Brightlane Labs had strong product usage data, but teams lacked a shared interface for interpreting it. Product, marketing, and support teams each relied on separate reports, which made prioritization slow and inconsistent.
We created a product analytics command center that organizes activation, retention, conversion, and feature usage into clear executive and team-level views.


Challenge & Solution
The project required a balance between detailed metrics and fast scanning. We designed reusable dashboard sections for funnels, cohorts, release impact, and customer segments.
Final Result
The new analytics workspace gave leadership a stronger weekly operating rhythm and helped product teams make roadmap decisions from the same source of truth.
